The best grip socks for Pilates I have tried they are just so versatile and feel like nothing due to the flat grips. I mainly use these for reformer only!

Love the socks, however they are not good for planking especially on the reformer. They will begin to fall apart on the toes.

Nice but a little large, lost some grip when the sock slides around my foot. I wear women's size 9
I ordered other types of socks and they fit great so I’m not sure why these particular socks were very big and loose. The grip wasn’t gripping and I kept sliding in my barre class. I love the cut, but was definitely dissatisfied in the sizing and lack of grip.

This one is a repeat buy and a staple for barre & pilates.
I'll be swapping all my old grip socks to these. Unbeatable for grip strength but the sock itself you want to live in. It's got so much comfort and support but doesn't overheat your feet either. The perfect sock, that's all. Simply perfect. And stylish! I finally feel "cool" in crew socks as a Millennial ;)
